We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days, however most of the time it is shipped a lot quicker than this. Please note that this processing time is in addition to the postage option you select at checkout. If you have an urgent order, please put 'URGENT ORDER' in the checkout notes and we will try everything possible to accommodate this. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has left our workshop. If for any reason you have not yet received your order, please contact us within 10 working days after receiving your dispatch confirmation email so that we can investigate this.
